You literally can’t sit in the middle

I really wanted to love this couch. For the price, I should be able to sit anywhere, but the middle sinks in because it doesn’t have any support. It way harder than I thought it would be, too. I was looking for a sinking feel, but this is firm. The quality is fine. The color is black. The material feels nice. I have cats, so only time will tell. It looks really nice. As far as value for the money, I feel like this should be $300 less than what I bought it for. There should be something that connects the couch together so that when you sit in the middle, the couch doesn’t separate and will be more supportive. The pillows it comes with are flat and don’t have any support. I will have to get different inserts. It took about 1.5 hrs to put together by myself. It comes in two boxes and they are heavy. Fedex did not deliver it to my apartment and I had to call a friend to help carry both boxes up 3 flights of stairs. Although this isn’t the sellers fault, it is an issue.Overall, would I buy this couch if I knew what I know now? No. At least not for the price of $850 + shipping and taxes.UPDATE: I’ve had the couch for a month now. I got a rug and the couch doesn’t separate anymore, which is great. It’s comfortable, but I do wish it wasn’t so hard. It has a little give, but I was really looking for something to sink into. Other than that, it’s holding up nicely and it makes me apartment feel cozy.

DO NOT BUY. Read on…

Yes, photos look beautiful! And that’s were the great experience ends. I didn’t love the idea of paying hundreds for shipping, but the price seemed right for this seemingly lovely sectional. What I received is defective: 1. The cushions don’t properly fit; they sag in the wrong places or are too tight in others and are impossible to get on to look acceptable. 2. There are large gaps between the sectional pieces – it’s impossible to get them to align. 3. The seat and back are not straight, the arm is not straight. No matter what you do or how you adjust it, nothing fits together well or straight. I’m a professional stager and my team of professionals couldn’t get this to assemble and look good, so don’t think you can if even the pro’s can’t. And the kicker… the seller expects me to $100s to ship back this defective crap. I’ve been messaging back and forth with the seller for weeks and due to the lack of resolution, I’ve decided to post my experience to warn others. I gave them a fair shot to make this right and they failed to. Buyer beware.

Love love love!

I’m OBSESSED with this sofa. It came a little quicker than expected and I assembled it right away. Instructions are clear and it’s easy to assemble by yourself. Make sure you pull the covers tight as it makes all the difference. Is not a sink in feel but very comfortable and seems like it will hold up well over time. Overall very happy with this purchase, makes my space look more elevated!

Its been over a year now and..

I’m terrified to wash it in the washing machine! So I hand wash it and it literally still looks really good. The pillows (like the zipper) are very bad quality. With how expensive this is it should be good pillows. It’s comfortable in a firm way! Should be a little cheaper for the quality. If you have tile make sure you have it on carpet. One of the legs for the ottoman fell off. And it’s low to the ground (not terribly low) so keep that in mind. Also they move around since they are not secured (it IS modular meaning you can move it however you like) so there’s a lot of cracks. Again, use carpet so it doesn’t move around everywhere

Great value for the money

Cons: Fabric is a bit thin, worried about it tearing while vacuuming. Wish the cushions were more full, or taller to cover more of the back. Also I’ve had quite a few feathers come out the cushions so I’m worried how that’ll hold up after a few yearsPros: Amazing price. It’s very cozy, seats go deep. Comfortable and big enough for a guest to sleep on. Neutral and goes well with any furniture. Love that everything has zippers and can be washed. Color and Pattern hides stains and dirt. Good couch for pets too. I have 3 cats and their hair doesn’t stick to it. Overall it’s worth the price

Great couch especially for kids

Super comfortable. Shipping was a little confusing with how the tracking worked but all pieces eventually arrived and came together. Couch sits low but is super deep. Has held up well to 4 littles and their messiness. Love that the covers come off easily and are washable.

Buy the couch

I love this couch. As the reviews state it is close to the ground and it only comes with 3 big pillows. I added extra pillows and love how it turned out. The couch exceeds my expectations. It’s so comfortable. It is huge and didn’t really fit all together so I made it into a sectional. It was easy to put together. I didn’t connect the bottoms together and don’t feel like I need to. I may get some higher legs but I’m not entirely sure if I want to yet.

Don’t Buy this you’ll regret it!

This couch is a huge letdown, and I honestly can’t recommend it to anyone. The design is deceiving because it looks much nicer in the pictures, but once you get it, it feels cheap and poorly made. The biggest issue is the cushion covers—they don’t fit right at all. Either they’re too big and loose, which makes the couch look sloppy, or they’re too small and don’t stay in place. Putting it together was a frustrating experience because of this, and I just couldn’t get it to look right. I really regret buying this couch and wish I’d gone with a better option.

Luxurious, modern sofa 10/10 recommended!

This couch is not as soft as I had anticipated, however it is a high quality couch nonetheless!!! This is exceptionally made, and the modern, low set aesthetic will definitely have company paying you many compliments! If you are like me and want a couch made for lounging, napping, cuddling with the kids, this is her!! I also love the fact that this is a buildable sofa. I will always have the option to add pieces in the future if I decide to. That and you aren’t committed to one color or fabric as the covers are removable. And if that wasn’t enough, they are machine washable! Honestly, the only thing missing are cup holders and a phone charging station, lbvs. Other than that, this sofa is absolutely perfect. and washable. My one and only grievance is that I accidentally ordered the wrong color. But I did purchase the 3 year warranty and I’m still in my 30 days. Fingers crossed, I’m hoping they would be able to exchange the covers ONLY, instead of the entire sofa… Again, it is extremely beautiful, and I am 100% satisfied with every detail but my OWN mistake in ordering the wrong color!! You won’t be disappointed, click that BUY NOW button!(the last photo is just a quick pic for those of you who were curious what the legs look like. If you wanted it to say higher, you could easily replace them☺️)
